Hello, I'm so glad you're here!

As the National Director of School Care, my hope is to walk alongside schools with a people-first heart, grounded in our shared mission. Thriving Lutheran schools aren’t built by programs alone; they grow through strong, faithful relationships rooted in Christ. Martin Luther reminded us that education is a vital calling, one through which God forms both hearts and minds.

Throughout my 25-year career in education, I have seen that when students, educators, congregations, and families come together in grace-filled partnership, something truly meaningful unfolds. When we lead with service, mutual care, and a shared trust in God’s promises, schools become places where faith is lived out daily and every person is valued as God’s beloved child.

May we continue to walk together, cultivating Christ-centered school communities marked by belonging, vocation, and joyful service, rooted in God’s design for friendship and life together in Him.

Thank you for your partnership. I am grateful to be called to this work alongside you.

Blessings,

Lisa Lawrenz, Ed.S.

Lent | “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may walk in your truth.” Psalm 86:11

As we begin our Lenten journey, 40 days of preparation and renewal leading up to Easter Sunday, we have the opportunity to deepen our faith and strengthen our relationships with God, ourselves, and one another.

Lent invites us to slow down, reflect, and intentionally focus on prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. Let’s lean in with our students, creating moments of connection to Christ’s love and our community.
