The Kindness Clock Classroom Activity

Big emotions happen to all of us! With the Kindness Clock Craft, students will learn how to feel and deal with their feelings to be kind all the time!

GOAL: To show kindness at all times through words and actions, even when it's hard.

Students will make a "Kindness Clock" out of a paper plate and an hour hand with a brad in the center to hold them together. The "Kindness Clock" will display emotions at each hour and remind students to be kind to their friends all the time.

Character Education Competencies: Self-awareness, Social Awareness, and Relationship Skills

CATCHPHRASE: Be Kind All The Time

Big emotions happen to all of us! Some feelings can be more complicated to feel and endure (anger, fear) than others (happiness, excitement). When we think and deal with our emotions, we can be kind all the time!
